Who is permitted to attend the festival?
Anyone 21 years of age and up who identifies as a woman. Yes, that includes trans-women.
Is there parking available?
There is parking at the venue. Parking costs $10 per vehicle. We highly recommend you assign a designated driver and carpool or ride share. Rancho Moonrise is approximately 20-30 minutes from Downtown Austin.
What items are allowed and recommended?
Empty reusable water bottles
Shade structure that will not obscure other attendees from viewing the stage.
Picnic blankets
Towels
Phones
Sunscreen
Personal-sized hand sanitizer
Prescription medications
Backpack or tote bag for you belongings - Note: all bags will be searched.
Please ensure all water containers are empty. Water stations are provided on the festival grounds. Do not bring items that will obstruct other patrons from viewing the main stage. We encourage you to be comfortable and spend the day at the festival, you are permitted to bring items that you can lounge on, sit on, including low profile loungers or picnic blankets. Low-profile folding chairs are allowed, nothing higher than 24” from the ground, so you do not obstruct other patrons’ view of the stage.

What items are prohibited?
Outside food or beverage (including alcohol) of any kind
Pets
Umbrellas
Flagpoles
Non-low-profile chairs
Framed backpacks, multiple-pocket backpacks, and any pack that is not aligned with the allowed bags.
Coolers of any kind.
Any professional video, photography or audio equipment. No video recording will be allowed
Drones or any other remote flying device
Hammocks
Glass containers of any kind
Illegal and Illicit substances of any kind
Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, wagons, carts or any personal motorized vehicles
Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed. No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, give-aways, samples, etc.
Weapons or explosives of any kind
Fireworks
Smoking and vaping are banned except in designated areas.
Carts of any kind (including Red Wagons)
Music devices, speakers or other
Pool toys, games, or inflatables
Is there an age restriction for attending the festival?
The event is 21 years of age and up.
What food and drink options are available at the festival?
There will be food trucks with vegan and gluten free options. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
No you cannot.
What is the allowed Bag Policy
Bags are allowed! We do ask that you keep them small to medium-sized for ease of entry and comfort in shared spaces. All bags will be subject to security checks upon arrival. If you have specific needs or questions, feel free to reach out to us ahead of time at heysis@youmeshefest.com.
Are there accommodations available for people with disabilities?
At this time, the festival grounds are not fully wheelchair accessible due to the nature of the venue and terrain. We recognize the importance of creating inclusive spaces and deeply regret that we are not able to accommodate all mobility needs this year.

Will there be a First Aid Tent?
Yes. A trained first aid all female team will be onsite and available throughout the festival. Your wellbeing matters to us, and we’re prepared to handle minor injuries or health concerns should they arise.
If you or someone around you needs medical assistance, please flag down a staff member, volunteer or head to the designated first aid area.
Is there a lost and found?
Lost and found will be located at our First Aid Tent.
Will there be security?
Yes—your safety is our top priority. We’ll have a professional, all-female security team on-site throughout the day to ensure a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for everyone.
