OUR STAGE OUR TERMS
After building and successfully exiting two women’s communities, founder Tiffany Scott realized something was missing: spaces where women didn’t just participate — they owned the stage.
So she built one in Austin.
You Me She Fest is a women-centered festival where musicians, artists, entrepreneurs, and creators take the spotlight across music, arts, and small business.
The result is a woman’s world for one day where women lead, create, perform, and support one another — amplifying local and underrepresented voices and turning community into celebration.
OUR MISSION
THE NUMBER ONE EMPOWERMENT FESTIVAL FOR WOMEN
We’re on a mission to celebrate women like never before. Our festival puts emerging female musicians, artists, entrepreneurs, and creators center stage. Through sisterhood, self-love, and bold celebration, we rise together — inspiring a world where women thrive and equality isn’t optional.
OUR VALUES
SELF-LOVE
Own yourself. Celebrate yourself. When you put yourself first, your power ignites — and the world feels it.
SISTERHOOD
We rise together. Real connections, loud laughs, fierce support — women lifting women is unstoppable.
CELEBRATION
Turn it up. Cheer for yourself, cheer for each other. Joy, confidence, and power are contagious when women celebrate.

FOUNDER / CVO
Welcome, Sister. I’m so glad you’re here!
After building and selling two women’s communities, I realized something was still missing: spaces where women didn’t just participate — they owned the stage. So I created You Me She Fest in Austin, a women-centered festival where musicians, artists, entrepreneurs, and creators take the spotlight across music, arts, and small business.
After years as a Creative Director for global brands like Speedo, I discovered my love for curating powerful experiences. You Me She Fest is the biggest expression of that passion — a one-day world where women lead, create, and celebrate each other, reminding every woman just how powerful she truly is.
When I’m not working on the Fest, you’ll find me paddlboarding, surfing, camping, travelling, and chilling with my dog Rio.
EMILY WILHELM
EVENT COORDINATOR
Hey y’all! I’m Emily, an Austin native with a deep appreciation for the city’s eclectic culture and vibrant music scene.
I’m thrilled to be part of You Me She Fest, dedicated to uplifting women’s creativity, fostering community, and promoting inclusivity. With a background in Communication and a focus on Critical Media Studies, I’m passionate about creating events that bring people together and amplify the voices of women and other underrepresented groups.
When I’m not organizing events, you’ll likely find me enjoying live music, binge-watching a new series, hiking, camping, or diving into a creative project. I’m also an animal lover, with my dog, Klaus, always by my side!

WEB DESIGNER & CREATIVE PARTNER
Hi, it’s Liv! Your go-to graphic designer, web developer, and creative problem-solver. With seven years of experience in marketing and design, I know what it takes to build a website that not only looks beautiful but actually performs. I love taking established brands and giving them a fresh spark, revamping websites, refining social graphics, and making sure every piece works together to create a stronger, more engaging online presence.
Originally from the South Coast of Massachusetts, I fell in love with Austin ten years ago and finally made my dream of living here come true. After my first Texan “winter” (you call this winter?) I think it’s safe to say I’m officially converted, y’all!
A big believer in saying yes, I thrive off meeting new people and trying new things, which is why I’m so excited to partner with the You Me She Festival.

EVENT & PARTNERSHIPS DIRECTOR
Howdy, I'm Rhianna! Your go-to gal for all things events! I'm from Houston, TX, where I found my love for event planning in high school while working birthday parties at Chuck E. Cheese. 10+ years later, I'm still planning epic parties, fabulous weddings, and a personal vacation anytime I can! I love traveling, sipping on a cocktail, and meeting new friends.
When I'm not planning events or adventuring around the world, I produce and host a sex-positive podcast, Bottled Up Bitches, and write excerpts on my Medium Blog, The Re(a)d Room. I enjoy making these types of topics less taboo and more empowering, especially for women. What can I say? I've always been the Samantha amongst my friend groups! I'm passionate about uplifting women, so being part of You Me She Fest was a no-brainer. Come say hi at the next party!

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Hi there! I'm Adelina. I'm a creative and uplifting gal who resides right here in Austin, Texas.
I take pride in graduating from Texas Woman's University, where I focused a majority of my classes on learning about different cultures, ethnicities, and, you guessed it, women's studies. My goal when creating content is for it to always have a sense of inclusivity and empowerment that any woman could relate to.
When I'm not designing, editing, or researching trends, I love to express myself and my creativity through crafting, painting, and makeup. I also am a Tejana at heart, so I do quite enjoy a Tex-Mex happy hour - complete with a spicy mango marg, chips and queso, and of course some enriching girl talk.

Hi! I’m Ruth, and I love being part of spaces where women come together to build, celebrate, and support each other. Behind the scenes, I help keep things organized and running smoothly so the magic of You Me She Fest can shine on stage.
I’m passionate about creating structure that allows creativity and community to flourish. Supporting a festival that uplifts women’s voices, talent, and businesses is something that truly inspires me.
When I’m not working behind the scenes, I enjoy learning new skills, exploring creative ideas, and connecting with communities that empower women to grow, lead, and celebrate themselves.
Being part of You Me She Fest means being part of something bigger - a space where women rise together and every voice has a stage.
