One of our three core values is self-love. We believe that for the world to thrive women must prioritize and nurture their own well-being, self-esteem, and self-acceptance.
SISTERHOOD.
Through our value, sisterhood, we encourage and help women forge connections that are healing, transformative and fun!
CELEBRATION.
Celebration as a value, is often overlooked. Through the act of intentionally celebrating women and reminding them to celebrate themselves each woman awakens to her incredible power.

Through sharing women’s inspiring stories, uniquely curates self-love events and an annual festival You Me She Fest is on a mission to create the largest celebration of women in the world.

Women deserve to be celebrated. Not just for birthdays or mother’s day. Celebrated because she takes the world on her shoulders. She’s the nurturer, problem solver, multi-tasking queen, and caretaker. She tends to everyone else and often forgets herself.
She’s trying to fit into a world that constantly tells her she needs to look and behave a certain way.
It’s through the power of celebration she finds her voice, discovers her power, she sees herself in the eyes of the woman she’s celebrating with, especially those so different from her.
She transforms. She heals. She rises.
how it started
Founder, Tiffany Scott built and sold two women’s communities in the past 5 years and, noticed something was missing in most women’s communities; the unbridled, unapologetic, act of celebrating themselves and one another.
There are many amazing women’s communities, with very specific (and important) themes, however the focus to have fun through celebration and sisterhood is often overlooked.
Women carry so much, it can be hard to pause and intentionally celebrate everything you’re doing, achieving and even failing at.
Fun gets pushed to the side or saved for weekends or vacations. You Me She Fest is a reminder to savor self-celebration EVERY DAY.
